Long awaited, finally Samsung start rolling Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update for its tablet line up in Britain mainland.
The first devices that have been able to taste the deliciously Ice Cream Sandwich operating system is Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus, following then this upgrade is expected will stop on the Galaxy Tab 7.7 and Galaxy Tab 8.9.
“Samsung England confirm the passing of Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich for the Galaxy Tab 7.0 Plus and Galaxy Tab 10.1 is in progress. Any further updates for others Galaxy Tab to be announced in time,” said a source from Samsung as quoted from Techradar.
If the user want to update its Galaxy Tab 10.1 operating system, then users can do this by connecting their tablet to a PC and use Kies software to update the galaxy tablet OS. Besides this way, users can also download the update directly via the air (over the air).
Unfortunately, ICS Update For Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and 7.0 plus that rolled out, currently only for the users in the UK. However, with the update start rolling, the Samsung galaxy tablet users in other country seems to be only a matter of time.
